Your electric Ford Explorer® comes with a Mode 3 charging cable for use at any AC public charge points. Super-fast DC charging points provide their own cable to make your journey even easier.

Charge at home

Using a home EV charger

Invest in a dedicated EV charge point for the quickest way to charge at home. You can even leave the Explorer® safely plugged in overnight.1

Using a home socket (2)

The optional Mode 2 charging cable can charge your Explorer from any 230V domestic plug socket. Best saved for occasional use.
